Had a leg + armpit wax with Eloise! She was wonderful, Eloise made the whole process seamless! She spoke to me throughout the whole session and made me feel very comfortable. Would 100% recommend!! My armpits and legs feel hairless and smooth. Thank you Elosie!! x

Always have an amazing experience here. The environment is always clean and fresh and the staff are so friendly. Would totally recommend any treatments here. My favourites are the facials and massage. I just had the February snug as a bug offer. I would love if you made this a treatment and not just an offer. I loved it!

Kelly was brilliant. Her massage and facial were thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable. She was comforting and quiet and had a very kind manner. Her gentle silence and lovely presence allowed me to relax and unwind. I asked for a specific pressure and she listened. She also employs great techniques to apply pressure and the strokes have a nice flow. The therapist is definitely 5 stars. The massage around the skull/crown of the head was a total favourite! Thanks Kelly! I would recommend and will return in due course.

I've been a couple times and I've had great experiences both times. Lovely staff and service. Recently went for the Bonsai Package (three treatments in an hour), it was gorgeous and relaxing. I didn't leave feeling rushed, which I was worried might happen only having 1 hour, it was actually perfect for what I needed. I can't wait for my next visit.

My first visit a treat for myself on my birthday. Kelly was attentive, friendly and helpful. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable, the massage I attended was amazing, it was the right pressure and I felt calm & relaxed afterwards. I didn’t feel pressured to leave quickly afterwards, and was given time to relax. I was also given a gift as it was my birthday which was a lovely gesture and really thankful for the kindness. I will definitely visit again, and more frequently. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much, was a great birthday present to myself 😊
